The Event
Set to be the largest hackathon in history , TokBox is proud to be sponsoring the Koding & Hacksummit hackathon, February 20-21. More than 25,000 teams will participate in the hackathon for a chance to win some amazing prizes.
The Challenges
Participants can use any publicly available API to create something that fits into the theme of data visualization, productivity or gaming.
Where is it?
Everywhere! As the hackathon is an entirely virtual event, you can take part from your favorite spot to code, wherever in the world that is. Even your team members can be dispersed around the world and collaborate remotely using Koding, a collaboration platform that enables developers to write code together and run apps directly in the browser. On top of this, users can connect via live video, powered by the OpenTok platform.
What can I win?
The top 3 teams or individual partcipants will win a cash prize of up to $100,000, a year long subscription to Koding for Teams and a meeting with the Founder Institute.
